coming off lexapro | antidepressant withdrawal (again)
honestly this has been a really hard time for me and has been super difficult to motivate myself to make videos. i'm trying my best and i hope that documenting this can help you in any way. coming off of antidepressants is definitely no joke and it can take a lot of time for your body to recover. i just hope to find the best possible solution for me instead of having to keep going on and off of them. curious to hear your journeys, thank you for being here always.
