Santa shaved, but he also managed to ditch his bag and sleigh for a more minimalist approach to life. Not only was this moronic and ill conceived, but Santa also hadn't contacted his publicist about the change, who upon seeing Santa is surely going to have a panic attack thinking of the sheer loss of revenue over the rebrand. Santa was going to have to use a lot of Christmas miracles to claw his way back into relevancy, and his creepy featureless face was not going to do him any favors.
