Homer is upset after Barney loses his car following a night of Barney acting as the designated driver and a further two month absence.
It seems in this time Homer's primary vehicle has become an orange scooter.
"So you lost my car, eh? Well that's just grand. I oughta punch you in the nose! But I have to pick up my kids at school."
