1348 Ex Voto: The Good, The Bad, and The Bowl Cut
The 1348 Ex Voto demo [in 3440x1440 Ultrawide].
There's been a lot of talk around this game. I wanted to see for myself what's actually there.
Here's what the demo includes:
Tutorial section + burning village intro
Courtyard fight with 3 enemies
A small optional area with items
No puzzles beyond moving a box
Combat has stances (one/two-handed), light/heavy attacks, parries, and perfect strikes. The camera sits over your hip, not shoulder, which takes some getting used to.
But the environments look solid, and there's potential here. It's an Italian indie from a team of ~15 people. The full game drops March 12.
