Oh my oh my GOD this MEP is finally finished!!!
and so is the studio.. we'll get into that
Hello!! Luckily hasn't been too long this time since our recent project, but this is unfortunately also our last.
I've been leading this studio for almost a whole decade now, and it felt like it was time to rip off that band aid and move on from something that has grown up along with me. Re-Shine was a spur of the moment, "I want to do what everyone else does" type thing I did back in 2013. There wasn't much thought into it, even the name's kinda goofy to me still LOL but I love how far we've come anyway. I never would've thought I'd still be running it, or that we'd have the audience and members that we do. I'm really proud of the effort we've put into everything we make, especially the last few years.
It sucks to end it right when I feel like we're at our peak editing/theme wise, but I'd rather close now than try to push on while the editing community's rapidly dying. I'm so glad I kept this going for as long as I did, I've met my closest friends through them taking interest in my studio. Despite the amount of stress leading comes with, I wouldn't trade a lot of my experiences for the world 💕 Alright I'll stop being sappy now no one gaf.
The theme for this MEP was essentially monotone one color + Y2K elements! I had my friend, the iconic pockivi, host this one & save my ass as a step in leader. Everyone followed the theme so well!! This is prob one of my fav kpop songs at the moment, so I'm glad we got to go out with a bang using it!
