Necessary Apps:
Documents (Readdle) File manager, Dropbox/iCloud, VLC player

Steps:
1. Search and download torrent file, share to dopbox/icloud drive
2. Launch Documents, use browser to go to seedr.cc and upload the torrent file, wait (let if run after a while)
3. Download completed torrent file using Documents browser from seedr
4. View file in Documents or share to VLC player
