Pro Tip: take advantage of the technology in the room. Find tools that will aid students in class and remote
Pro Tip: Use a buddy system to make sure that all questions are being answered for those in class and remote
But Ari warns to not overdo your professional development on the first go. There are lots of ways to provide PD and lots of topics to cover for PD. Pick and choose as you go but don’t overdo it!
Pro Tip: Provide Social-emotional check-ins for remote students to make sure that they are on track and supported
Model in your PD what you’d like your teachers to do!
