Shark vs. Sub
A 10 foot long smalltooth sandtiger shark charges and butts against the Idabel submarine at 900' depth off Roatan, Honduras. Passengers are ocean explorer Dr Peter Etnoyer and Conservation International's Dr. Fred Boltz. The pilot is Karl Stanley of Roatan Institute for Deep-sea Exploration. The team encountered the shark while exploring deep-sea coral habitat along the Meso-American reef in August 2010.
