Gerald Kaplan completed a BS in Art Education from Penn State before taking a position teaching ceramics outside of Savannah, Georgia. While there, he earned his MEd from Converse College. Kaplan returned to Pennsylvania, earned his MFA from Wilson College, and currently teaches ceramics at The Pennsylvania College of Technology.
