Helena's own health adventure began more than a decade ago, dealing with challenging menstrual pain, migraines, skin breakouts, low energy levels, constipation, bloating, and cramps. Conventional medicine dismissed these issues as normal. Not content with that explanation, she set out on a mission to discover natural solutions, experimenting with various diets, herbs, and detox methods.
Over the last 3-4 years, Helena has spent over 400 days experimenting with fasting—water, juice, and coconut-water fasting. She shares stories about clients who've found relief and healing from various health issues through fasting and detox.
