Luca Sonzogni interviews Mardava aka Eric Wolrath, a lifelong practitioner and an enthusiastic facilitator of personal and spiritual development. With over 35 years of experience in the fields of mindfulness, tantra, shamanic practices, energy work, non-duality and life coaching, he has had the privilege of studying with many different schools and masters, giving him considerable experience and knowledge of many disciplines.
He also holds masters degrees in both business administration and in computer science, and has considerable management experience having worked intensely in both the IT sector and in the field of sales and motivational training. However, since 2007 Mardava has been exclusively devoting his time and energy to deepening his spiritual practice and service.
For the last 20 years Mardava has been facilitating workshops and events in several of these fields. He has especially extensive experience in leading tantra trainings, since he was part of the leadership team behind one of Europe's biggest tantra schools, where he facilitated at over a hundred retreats during 2010-2015. His other main area of expertise is coaching and mentoring clients on their journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.
Mardava is deeply inspired by the human potential for greater awareness and embodiment. His mission is to help people access greater self-awareness and open up to ever deeper levels of connection with themselves, each other, and life itself.
