Poe 3.24: Nameless Seer giving away Magebloods?!?
So, as I said in the video, I have no idea what the chances are for this to happen. My best guess is about the same a Gwennen giving you one. Let me know if you have any data on the drop rates or if rarity even has anything to do with what the Seer can offer.
