PoE 3.23: The only build you should Leaguestart | Poison Exsanguinate PF
I switch to Poison Exsanguinate last league and loved it. As usual you will start with Poisonous Concoction and switch later, around act 9. It's just one of the awesome builds in Path of Exile and is not a Meta build. Because it's not, that means all of the gear should stay relatively cheap.
