6990 kHz Mystery Shortwave Station, Native American or Japanese Numbers Station?
An oddity station caught on 6990 kHz LSB. Perhaps a new numbers station or just a pirate playing around? Can anyone identify the language, is it Native American, is it Japanese,? Better yet, can anyone identify what's being said? Heard in Michigan. Due to the signal strength and time of day here, I think it's safe to assume this is coming out of North America.
