Endorphin is the gym I have been going to religiously for the last two years or so. This is an amazing place and to get me to go to gym and keep going is not an easy task. I am not a bro by any means, but the instructors are everything here. They love what they do and they make sure everyone feels the same. The classes are challenging, but not unbearable. I was glad to make this video and a little terrified because if I did badly, they for sure would add an extra burpees to any class I take (Yoga burpees?)
