This was a promotional video I shot for Vection LTD for their latest creation they are planning on pitching to various industries and manufacturers. I will admit I am not an avid user of wheel barrows, but I was sold after watching this thing in action ( and having a eureka moment with my own wheelbarrow).
I wasn't sure the direction to go on shooting a promo video for a wheelbarrow, but my first thought was "Lets pretend its a Dodge Truck Commercial". I then imagined Sam Elliot talking to me as I shot this project and the result can be summed up by the reaction email "You made a wheelbarrow sexy"...(I'd drop a mic, but why would I risk breaking a really expensive piece of gear?)
This video was completed with 2 days ( 1 full day and 2 half days ) of location shots and then a day of studio shots. 90% was shot with my Canon C100 Mark II and the studio shots ( and 2 outdoor shots ) with my newly purchased Canon EOS R. The outdoor shot with my new Canon was mounted to my Ronin S. I wish I had that Ronin for all the location shots because warp stabilizer may be great, but it can't fix everything.
Finally, the studio shots were lit with Quasar Science tube lights. I just waved them around to make it look fancy.
