I was a Kid Who Thought I was Trans.
Today I interview Gay comedian Thai Rivera. I really love Thai's story as well how he is not afraid to express himself as a gay man in a time when you get a lot of flake for not standing in the "queer" narrative.
Thai shares with us his journey in life from growing up in Phoenix and not understanding what gay was in so much as he thought he was a girl. To coming out as a gay man and the rough times he had with older boyfriends and some of his choices he made.
You will hopefully get a lot from this important interview, as much as I did interviewing him. Today more than ever we need LGBT elders stepping up to tell their stories in hopes of helping a younger generation that is getting lost in a social media pressure.
