Windows 7 running on UEFI with Secure Boot
Looks like the rumors were true. In the recent Windows 7 ESU updates Microsoft has quietly enabled Secure Boot support for Windows 7, enabling support for more modern hardware. Don't get your hopes too high, however, as the other driver and update limitations that were in place for Windows 7 on newer hardware are still here.
