MuseScore 3.7 - Piano Roll Editor Updates
A while ago I did some open source work writing a piano roll editor for MuseScore 3.x. After that, MuseScore went on to release it's 4 series. While I did write code porting it to the new series, the MuseScore team has not decided to include it in that release. However, MuseScore 3 is still around so I decided to backport the work I did for MuseScore 4 to MuseScore 3.7.
This new release lets you draw notes into the editor window, adjust the start and end handles of groups of notes, and even edit playback length in the editor. And using a middle-mouse-click drag to reposition the viewport makes navigation much easier.
