Fast Corrosion Analysis in Pipecheck
Using the HandySCAN Black Elite, see how quickly and accurately we can record data on a pipe sample in the Rapid3D shop. With just some basic preparation on the pipe, like sandblasting, cleaning, and adding positioning targets and a reference arrow, we have the accurate scan data we need to complete a full corrosion analysis with estimated burst pressures. In Creaform's Pipecheck software, by using a virtual pit gauge, the corrosion depths are calculated and reported in a fraction of the time it would have taken using traditional methods.
