This is the Swedish version of "One Jump Ahead (Reprise)".
Unfortunately, I didn't had the soundtrack version,
so I used the movie version instead.
I figured it's better than nothing. =)

Kom = Come [can also mean "came", past tense of "come"]
Bara: Only/just/Bare
Nära = Close [as in "close to someone"]
Närmare = Closer
Liv = Life/lives ["lives" as in the plural form of "life" and not living someplace]
Någonting = Something/Anything [the "go" is usually silent in informal speech, but can be pronounced in either way. It all depends on the speaker, really. Merely a choice of convenience.]
Mer/Mera = More
Värld = World
Världen = The world
Världar = Worlds
Världarna = The worlds
Bekymmer = [A] Worry/worries
Inte = Not
Ett = One/A/An

ED:
The sentence "är faktiskt någonting mer"
was translated literally for this video,
though I think roughly translated,
it would mean something like "is actually more than that".
The sentence "och inte ett enda bekymmer i världen"
literally means "and not one only worry in the world".
I think the reason why I didn't translate
that part literally is quite obvious. =)
