CSU Mechanical Engineering Robo RamCup
Join CSU's Department of Mechanical Engineering on Saturday, April 27, 2024 for its MECH 202: Engineering Design II competition, The Inaugural RoboRam Cup!
The competition is a culmination of student innovation and creativity in their course, MECH 202. Teams of students have been tasked with engineering remote-controlled cars capable of playing soccer. In a single-elimination, tournament style competition, students will play their classmates with their "robo-cars" in a two-on-two soccer game. Whichever team scores the most goals in a two-minute period will advance to the next round to battle another team.
The event will be hosted in Moby Arena, and the main competition begins at 1 p.m. The event is family friendly and open to the public. Free parking is available outside Moby Arena in lot 195. For more information, visit https://engr.source.colostate.edu/mec....
