Even further progress with my physical fog node. With it, you can accurately re-create any skylight conditions, from clear sky to overcast at any altitude. Works in space too!
Added nicer UI, added Sun lamp that works identical to HDRI mode (will explain later)

Full day/night cycle
accurate sun radiance model
mie and rayleigh scattering
parametric ground radiance
takes in account viewer`s altitude
works in Cycles and Eevee
Super fast and no memory impact!
Works with parametric Sun lamp or as HDRI
I am getting really close to publishing it!
