Lorena Vargas, a physiotherapist, shares stimulation exercises for your 3-month-old baby. Placing toys at a distance where the baby can see them, grasping toys with both hands, rolling over, and playing on their tummy are some of the activities you can do with your baby whenever they are awake and with each diaper change. You can also practice these exercises if your baby has low muscle tone, and to prevent torticollis and/or flat head syndrome.
