Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls . . how to
I love carrot cake and i love cinnamon rolls. So why not combine the 2 to create these delicious, soft, moreish Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls.
They are a little time consuming so make sure you set aside some time to do them. Although 2 hours of it is the rise time!
What other combinations do you think would be good?
Dough
115g grated carrots (squeeze out excess moisture)
110ml whole milk
40g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g strong white flour
50g caster sugar
5g dried yeast
1 egg
Filling
40g butter
1 orange zest
100g light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Topping
50g cream cheese
75g icing sugar
20cm lined square tin
Bake 25 mins at 180C
