Chocolate Cheesecake for Easter (no Bake)......how to
Hello,
this is a super easy recipe for a great dessert that can be decorated to suit any occasion. As it's coming up to Easter I went with chocolate bunnies and eggs.
It's a no bake cheesecake so you don't even have to turn the oven on.

200g bourbon biscuits
50g melted butter
400g cream cheese
200g double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
90g icing sugar
130g melted dark chocolate
decorations of your choice
20cm loose bottom tin
