From my Twitch play through. This was actual game play footage and was not a clean explainer focused entirely on the globes, neither was it without error ;) And I should have done it in the daylight.

Outside 1: Found behind a closed door, only a few floors up from the bottom of the launch tower. Sitting on a desk with a large American flag hanging on the wall behind it.
Outside 2: Found in the middle locker outside of the room with globe #1.
Outside 3: At the very, very, top of the launch tower.
