Easy homemade waffles - the pastry lovers
For the waffles you will need:
400 gr. flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
150 gr. sugar
650 ml milk
150 gr. melted butter
2 medium eggs
DIRECTIONS:
We put in a large bowl the flour shifted, the baking powder, the vanilla and the sugar. Then, we add the milk, the melted butter and the eggs. We mix very well all the ingredients until we have a soft mixture. We put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. When it's ready we preheat the waffle maker and we start baking the waffles.
This recipe makes approximately 17 waffles but it depends the shape of the waffles. You can add on top whatever you like such as: chocolate,peanut butter , whipped cream hazel nuts, bananas etc.
