Xuza Art Car - Mike Cee - Burning Man
XUZA Project began in 2014 as an open-ended and evolving project. With an extensive background in vehicle mechanics and knowing the challenges which the remote Black Rock Desert brings, Mike was determined to build a large Mutant using a vehicle that would not only allow for easy transportation but one that could be maintained with minimal costs. Most large Mutants are built on a school bus or heavy-duty truck chassis, XUZA was built around a 1987 Chevy R-30 Truck with the very common Chevy 350 motor! A handful of extremely talented artists offered their skills during the first two years of the XUZA build. It was in 2016 when XUZA had her breakout year at Black Rock City!
Based in Las Vegas Nevada, XUZA can be found prowling the playa at Burning Man or entertaining the masses as a sound stage at festivals and events around the US.
