SF6 Luke Tip: Be careful using 5MP in neutral due to this special property
Finally sharing this, have never seen anyone mention it, I've known since July about it.
Note, I'm not saying never use 5MP in neutral, it's really good, but be aware that this normal has a higher probability to whiff against players who may walk backwards. It should be used when you expect it to hit, that can mean punish, them walking towards it, trying to confirm to lvl3, or trying to get the knockdown.
