EDIT: User soggytoast is correct, "standing up" into the move is the wrong word usage because the first 2 frames of parry from crouch is considered a crouch, however, this still applies because you are less likely to stand up and either block or stand parry than if you do it from crouch, because the move is hitting later. Therefore, this still applies. This is how Kakeru does it, just watch him.

This also how basically people perfect parry jumps, they stand up into the active frames and basically enlarges the window more than you would expect.

But the same concept applies to other moves in the game, most notably Ken's Dragonlash/Ryuubi Kyaku, buttslam, basically any airborne or semi-airborne move in the game. Keep that in mind for any matchups or future characters that come up.
