Rocketium Review and Tutorial - Boost social media engagement with easy-to-make videos
I bought Rocketium because we do one video per week for all of our social media clients. So anything that can save me time and look professional is a give me.
Pros:
1) It's drag and drop easy to design individual slides
2) The transitions between slides can be really basic or a bit much. I would like to see more business minded ones added to the mix.
3) You can edit a video for up to 24 hours and not count against your 30 videos.
4) Adding a logo in any corner you choose
5) Basic image editor included.
6) TEAM MEMBERS!!!!!
7) Team sections to separate personal and work videos
8) Dropbox integration for uploading videos - would prefer to see Google Drive
9) Great for social but NOT going to replace your branded commercials with full storytelling without a LOT of work and editing. Be real people
CONS:
1) 30 video limit :( Not great for the agency doing 4 videos per client a month.
2) Takes forever to download the video - which I get. Vidyoze is the same. iMovie and Final Cut Pro are really bad. Would love some speed.
3) Easy controls but will take some time to get through and learn how to customize. Easy enough on the simple, pick a theme, get it done, but a little more difficult to customize themes to a brand in color and font
4) 120 second limit to videos
5) This deal can be purchased multiple times but only with different email addresses - no stacking
