In our latest video series, we take you through ways that RME's ARC USB can simplify your workflow.
The ARC USB has been designed for direct access to the most frequently used actions and commands of TotalMix FX, and is an indispensable tool for day to day application. With its 15 customisable buttons and high number of command options, the ARC USB is extremely flexible and can be adapted to fit a wide array of uses.
In this video, we cover Layout Presets in TotalMix FX, and how these can be assigned to the ARC USB.
Many of RME’s audio interfaces and soundcards feature an extremely high number of analogue and digital audio channels, all of which are controllable from TotalMix FX.
For projects where only a smaller number of channels are required, it therefore makes sense to simplify the workspace. This can be achieved via Layout Presets, which allow you to hide any channels you’re not using, and can be mapped as shortcuts to the ARC USB.
