Haldex Controller Removal Made EASY for Audi TT MK1
The first-generation (Gen 1) Haldex controller found on the MK1 Audi TT is no longer available from Audi or BorgWarner. As far as I know, no one repairs the Gen 1 Haldex controllers either, so that means the only way to keep the Quattro working on the MK1 is to pull working replacement controllers from the junkyard.
As soon as I get an alert that an MK1 Audi TT has arrived at the junkyard, I'll pull the Haldex controller to keep it as a spare, and I'll show you how to quickly do that in this video.
