Project Highlight | 11th Street Reconstruction | Eldora, Iowa
CGA provided construction observation and administration for the City of Eldora on an eight-block stretch of 11th Avenue. Improvements included updates to the water system, sanitary sewer main, storm sewer main, sidewalk/trail system, and a full reconstruction of the pavement section. Repaving and updates also included all driveway and sidewalk crossing connections.
CGA’s scope of services included topographic survey, utility/pavement design, storm water modeling, project planning, public engagement, construction easement acquisition, staging planning, bid letting administration, and construction administration.
