Step 6: Access Control with ACLs
In this video, we implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) to control communication between VLANs in our enterprise network.
Although inter-VLAN routing allows all VLANs to communicate, real-world networks require security policies that restrict access between departments. Using an extended ACL, we prevent the Sales department from accessing the Administration network, while allowing the IT department full access.
