Minimum Admin Privileges for a Microsoft 365 Migration
What are the minimum rights you need to give the service account in order to perform an M365 Tenant to Tenant Mailbox Migration?

Create a Service Account with very basic access
Assign what it actually needs
Add the Application Registration in Azure
