I don’t know why everyone was complaining about Saints Row last summer, this game looks like a lot of fun to me. Saints Row is a series I’m fairly new to, it wasn’t until the lockdowns during 2020 that I actually played the series for the first time. I started with Saints Row the Third, which I really enjoyed.The plot was dumb, but it was a lot of fun.
The mayhem and gameplay kept me engaged, and I really liked the new characters it introduced. Except the autotune guy, that got old really fast. Then I followed it up with 4, which I got bored with and gave up halfway through. Honestly it’s heavy focus on aliens, and its superpowers really took me out of it, and it didn’t really feel all that different from 3. Felt more like a DLC if anything.
