Hi, I show how a computer or micro controller counts.
Nibbles, Bytes, Binary and Hexadecimal with a tiny amount of history too.

At one minute, you can see 4 zeros on the screen.
That is the first number which equals zero.
When it counts to 1, that is the second number.

I should have said 'a nibble has 16 permutations'
The 16 possible values of a nibble are below.
0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15
There are 256 possible values of a byte.
0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8...253,254,255

i.e. At 'midnight' we have zero minutes and zero hours. we need to show that value.

If someone asks ‘what is the hexadecimal number AF’?
After watching this video you will be able to answer in your head. (I HOPE)
A = 10 so we have 10 number 16s in the high nibble.
F or 0x0F is the low nibble full which = 15
A = 16 x 10 = 160 + 15 = 175.
0xAF = 175
