Keysight - The Ugly Truth with their Customer Service
I heard some disturbing news whilst communicating with Keysight over the last few days.
My Keysight scope firmware seems to have a glitch, Keysight are unable to send me a link to suitable software to restore my scope to original condition or at least tell me why my scope does not see the firmware file.
I receive better support for my 4k Samsung TV, Samsung know what they are doing, Keysight just want to rip me off.
