Ingredients for 1 pan:
540 g 9% cottage cheese
65 g egg yolks (approximately 3)
100 g sugar
50 g butter
150 g 33% cream
30 g white chocolate
50 g milk chocolate
60 g dark chocolate (more than 54% cocoa content)
