Libido
Is our libido merely the energy of our sexual desire? Or can it take on a deeper, more spiritual dimension. Jung’s viewed the libido as analogous to our total psychic energy. It carries itself between our conscious and unconscious mind through the formation of myth and symbol carrying the wisdom of those who came before us on it’s wild currents. What directs the vast waters of the unconscious? Are they as formless as they seem?
