Fruit salsa with mango, avocado and shrimp

Mango - 1 pc.
Avocado - 1 pc.
Red onion - 1 tbsp.
Arugula - 40 g
Shrimp - 200 g
Olive oil - 20 ml
Butter - 10 g
Lime juice - 2 tsp
Salt, chili flakes to taste
Garlic - 2 cloves
Bread

Heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan and add a couple of crushed garlic cloves. Put peeled, dried shrimp and fry for 3 minutes on each side until done.

Put arugula, finely chopped mango, avocado and onion in a bowl. Sprinkle with lime juice, season with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, chili flakes and stir. Fry the bread in vegetable oil until golden brown. This salsa can be eaten simply as a salad, but I like it like in the video with toasted bread.
