Ingredients:
Mackerel - 2 pcs.
Zucchini - 2 pcs.
Eggplant - 2 pcs.
Bell pepper - 3 pcs.
Onions - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Thyme - 1 tsp.
Basil - 1 tsp.
Dried garlic - 1 tsp.
Salt (1 tsp), pepper - to taste
Greens
Marinade for fish:
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Bavarian mustard (Dijon) - 2 tsp.
Lime (lemon) juice - 2 tbsp.
Salt and black pepper - to taste
Prepare the marinade.
1 In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, lime (lemon) juice, mustard, salt, pepper.
2 Clean the slightly frozen fish, remove the entrails, cut off all the fins, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Make several longitudinal cuts on the fish to the spine with a knife.
3 Grease the fish with marinade, on all sides and inside. Leave the fish to marinate while you cook the vegetables.
4 Prepare the vegetables.
Cut the onion into thin half rings. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into circles. Cut the bell pepper into large pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the onion, zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper, garlic, thyme, basil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vegetable oil.
5 Put everything in a sleeve, vegetables, on top of the vegetable pillow, fish. Be sure to make 4-5 punctures in the sleeve, if there are none, to release steam and so that the bag does not burst when heated.
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 190 degrees.
Before opening the sleeve, let the dish stand for 10 minutes, then you can put it on a plate.
