Are Podcast Dying? I was recently asked by a client if, Podcasts are dying? And I can understand where that question came from. Because when you think about Tik Tok, the best performing videos are about 32 seconds long.
Think about Instagram, even videos on LinkedIn are tending to be on the shorter side. And so, I could see the question of would a longer form content Be valuable and be worth it? Well, it absolutely is.
People love content and people love video content & audio content. And so it's always important to have a mixture in your marketing. And the reason why I know that Podcasts are not going away is because YouTube recently created a tab just for podcasts. You can now convert an old playlist to be a podcast and get an RSS feed for it to be went on to iTunes and Spotify.
And so podcasts are very, very much alive. People very much like to listen and even watch these videos and these longer form pieces of content. And so if you're curious about starting a podcast or starting a show, Move into that!
Let's have a strategy session and talk about how to actually get it accomplished. And I'm going to let you all now know, That I have the intention... in 2025 to start Tales with Taylor! So we also will be getting into the podcast or really more so; Show Game.
