Is AI going to make me go out of business as a videographer and photographer? No.
The number of times I have heard people outside my industry say, AI is going to take over your job. It's crazy and just wrong!
Is AI helping me with my job? Yes! I love the auto generate tool and Photoshop ChatGPT has become a valuable team member from scripting to coding, but when it comes to being a videographer and a photographer, it's not there.
In a previous video I talked about a cool AI app, Runway but in both examples the AI got it wrong, like way wrong.
Look at the dog's face. It becomes a new dog and then look at the legs. It loses two legs.
Here's another example. Pouring coffee.
Just weird.
Even if you're asking a guy to help with still photos, it's not quite there. At this point, I completely forget who originally posted this, so I'm sorry for that. Whoever this creator is though. Got it on point.
AI, just doesn't understand limbs. Maybe one day it will, and then it will again just help make my job easier.
But AI will never be able to fully replace videographers and photographers. Not if you want anything to even look slightly authentic.
