Suicide and Mood Disorders
The suicide rate is high when it comes to mood disorders like bipolar and clinical depression. According to a recent study In United States, Suicide attempts are 3 to 4 times more likely in women than in men but Suicide completion is 3 to 4 times more likely in men than Women. And the truly sad thing about people committing suicide is they really don't wanna kill themselves. They are desperate. They somehow seek out help in some way but most people don't catch the cues for help.
For example,
Saying goodbye
Asking Forgiveness
Using the word 'one last time'.
I'll disclose these top cues to spot a person who is on the edge of committing suicide.. in upcoming videos. Among those who committed suicide, most of them must have recently spoken with their friends or family about death or dying.
Bottom line:
"Suicide in mood disorders require immediate care and 100% preventable".
