Thank you for stopping by my kitchen! We are making Beef Stew!! Yum!!!!! 🤤 One of my favorite comfort foods! This is very easy, plus we are using the slow cooker to make sure our beef is super tender. Let’ get started! 💜
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs beef chuck roast
3 tbsp of oil
4 tbsp of flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
1 medium diced onion
4 cups of chopped carrots
4 stalks of diced celery
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp of butter
2 russet potatoes diced
1 cup frozen peas
2 bay leaves
1 package McCormick beef stew seasoning
3 cups of water
1 tbsp parsley dried or fresh
