Fedex in Hampton Virginia leaving Packages Outside
Recently Some zip codes in Hampton roads, primarily Suffolk and Isle of Wight have been experiencing lengthy delays or no deliveries at all from Fedex Ground. After calling for several days I was assigned a case worker, this worker told me my items could be picked up at the distribution center. When I arrived I saw hundreds of packages just sitting outside with what looked like overflowing loading docks. I spoke to a worker who told me I could try to call but their office had stopped answering the phone and that it may be four weeks before they sorted my package. When I asked about the packages sitting outside I was told there was no room to store them so they were putting them in the parking lot. This is how our property is treated!
