Delicious PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE. Spicy, fragrant, autumnal
I love all kinds of cheesecakes! And so I decided to cook pumpkin with you, because now is the season 🎃 and the spicy aroma of cinnamon goes very well with autumn and with the pumpkin itself, of course.
So, we need:
cookies 100 g
cocoa 1 tsp
milk 3 tbsp
curd cheese 400 g
powdered sugar 4 tbsp
sour cream 4 tbsp
egg 2 pcs
cream 3 tbsp
pumpkin 🎃 160 g
cinnamon 1/3 tsp
